All of our products have been legally obtained and we strictly follow the rules
that govern all wildlife trade. Laws to protect wildlife
are made, for the most part, to maintain the fragile balance and interconnectedness of all of earth's
creatures, so that future generations can enjoy what we often take for granted. Anyone interested in purchasing these
types of products should be aware that there are regulations, both federal and state, related to the acquisition
and transportation of all wildlife items and it is the buyer's responsibility to know and follow the rules
for your specific location. In the event that certain wildlife items cannot be legally acquired in your
area, Art By God will hold you totally responsible for any and all legal costs and/or penalties.
In addition, anyone buying wildlife items for export, must apply for a "U.S. Fish and Wildlife" declaration
permit in the area where the shipment will be exported (for more details go directly to the agency's website:
usfishandwildlife.gov). Our home base is in Miami, Florida, and we can provide the application service
- on request and for a fee - only on shipments departing out of Miami.
