FAQ's

1. This is a wholesale website only and the listed prices are available to qualified wholesale buyers only.
2. Resale tax number or business licensed required.
3. The total value of your order on the website doesn’t include shipping. Shipping Prices are totaled by UPS calculations and packing charge.
4. Your charge card will be charged the day the order is shipped.
5. Most orders are sent via United Parcel Service or Fedex and insured at full wholesale value.
6. Please include your complete street address and day time telephone number for UPS or Fedex delivery.
7. Overseas customers – please call for shipping requirements and information.
8. Small orders under $50.00, please add $6.00 for special handling.
9. Payments may be made by charge card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), or prepay.
10. Prices are based on current stock. Once we are out, that’s it.
11. We will automatically issue a backorder for a period of three months.
12. Satisfaction Guaranteed. We only require you pay transportation to and from our warehouse and to return the merchandise within 10 days after you receive it. There is an application 10% restocking fee.
13. We make every effort to properly pack to avoid breakage. Should there be accidental breakage or mishandling from shipper, keep packing the way you received it and call the carrier at once for insurance claim.

15. All rush orders are subject to additional handling charges.
16. All purchases made sightseeing (i.e. at trade shows and showrooms) are final and not refundable.

18. The buyer must be aware of local laws governing their own business location before purchasing any animal products. All animal products offered for sale by ArtByGod may be legally sold in the states from which we ship them. ArtByGod assumes that when you order an item from us that you can legally posses that item according to the laws of your country, state, or municipality. ArtByGod accepts no responsibility for a buyer’s unfamiliarity with their local laws and will hold you responsible for any legal fees incurred by ArtByGod resulting from your legal errors.
